Peace of Mind
During my adult life there were several times I needed to use the services of a storage facility. I must say Montana Self Storage by far met and exceeded my needs more than any other facility.
From the moment of contact you know they are the best. I was given a tour and given information on what they offer. It is so wonderful when you make a move not to worry about what will freeze and what will melt. The climate and humidity control puts your mind at ease knowing that all of one’s valuable furniture and heirlooms are safe.

I am a current customer and I am very pleased with your facility. The building is first rate and the last time I visited my unit, I used my own gauges to test the temperature and humidity levels in the building. I was pleased to learn they were exactly within the range you publish. I also have a storage unit with a climate controlled facility in Florida and they repeatedly have problems maintaining the climate at their facility. They could take some lessons from you! Thanks for your kind words. I’m pleased you appreciate the design of our facility as we spent many months researching what the ideal storage environment for valued possessions needed to provide. What we ultimately implemented met all the criteria we learned would be both essential and nice-to-have. Regarding bug spray, no, we do not treat for bugs. I know you moved to Montana from a very humid part of the country where bugs and termites are prevalent; however, I think you’ll soon experience that we have a minimum of bugs and insects that would harm or destroy belongings that are properly stored. And you’ll note on our Policies and Practices document that we request no perishables be stored in the units. We do not want to encourage the few bugs that do exist here.
