The building is first rate and the last time I visited my unit, I used my own gauges to test the temperature and humidity levels in the building. I was pleased to learn they were exactly within the range you publish. I also have a storage unit with a climate controlled facility in Florida and they repeatedly have problems maintaining the climate at their facility. They could take some lessons from you! Probably the biggest draw for us is the fact that it is a climate controlled environment.
