In all honesty, there was nothing more that you guys could have done to make my experience better. You guys were both incredible. I mean, to do the following things were “above and beyond” in my book:

• Handled garbage for us
• Notified us when we had packages
• Sent us monthly receipts
• Held packages for us

All of these things were new experiences that other storage facilities are not providing. Keep up the great work!

Peace of Mind

During my adult life there were several times I needed to use the services of a storage facility. I must say Montana Self Storage by far met and exceeded my needs more than any other facility.

From the moment of contact you know they are the best. I was given a tour and given information on what they offer. It is so wonderful when you make a move not to worry about what will freeze and what will melt. The climate and humidity control puts your mind at ease knowing that all of one’s valuable furniture and heirlooms are safe.
